These are not your usual circuit boards.
They were originally intended to be installed above freeways as the circuit boards behind LED communication signs. You know, those signs that read "Click it or Ticket," or whatever other PSA is important at the moment.
For an unknown reason, these boards failed quality control during the manufacturing process and had to be recycled.
That's where we intervened!
