Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly. Our boards come from real electronics manufacturing runs, so traces, holes and shades of green vary from piece to piece. Photos show the style, size and color.
Are circuit boards safe to handle?
Yes. We source RoHS-compliant, lead-free boards with no components, and every piece goes through our finishing process for everyday handling. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
Are your products really made from recycled circuit boards?
Yes. We use pre-consumer circuit board panels left over from electronics manufacturing, often boards that failed quality control and would otherwise be scrapped.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready to ship 2–3 weeks after approval and payment. Popular keychain styles ship within a week. Rush orders are available and priced into your quote, so tell us your "in-hands" date up front.
What if something arrives damaged or has a mistake?
We make it right. If we make a mistake or something arrives broken, tell us right away and we'll send a replacement part or replace the whole piece at our expense. Errors in an approved proof are the buyer's responsibility, so check names, spelling and dates carefully before you approve.
Can you ship gifts without your branding?
Yes. White-label packaging leaves the TechWears name off, so gifts arrive looking like they came straight from your company. It's ideal for gifts to employees, clients and event attendees. We can add a note card or other items inside, too.
